Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase.

  • You may be eligible for a refund if you are dissatisfied with your purchase due to:

    • Quality issues with the product.

    • Receipt of the wrong product.

    • Damaged or defective items.

  • Provide your order number, details of the issue, and any supporting evidence such as photographs.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.

    • Perishable goods such as coffee beans.

  • Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
