Our El Salvador coffee comes from the Las Isabellas farm, featuring Pacamara and Bourbon beans. Located on the southern face of "Cerron Grande" in Apaneca, at 1200 to 1450m altitude, this farm is part of the Blue Harvest project. Las Isabellas spans 175 acres of natural forest, springs, and waterfalls, and is Rainforest Alliance certified and produces sweet, mild coffee with plum and chocolate flavours.
